The ISCofAllCT recognizes that Monarchs may relocate from other realms for a variety of reasons. Monarchs who have relocated to the State of Connecticut from another recognized Empire of the International Court System may be invited into the College of Monarchs, provided they are sponsored by a member of the College of Monarchs and are current dues-paying members of the Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut, Inc.
