As The Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut celebrates 25 years of doing good in our state and community, we want to celebrate the folx who make our success possible, our members. Each week we will highlight one of our members and ask them questions about themselves and The ISC of All CT.
Today we highlight Princess Kate Reynolds:
- 1. When did you join the organization/how long have you been associated?
- 2. How did you hear about the ISC of All CT?
- Through a friend
- 3. What interested you in joining the organization?
- I thought the work being done was helpful to the community and the events were fun. But mostly because of the people. It is like a family and I enjoy that aspect very much.
- 4. Please give 3 to 5 adjectives to describe the ISC of All CT?
- Helpful, valuable, dedicated
- 5. What is your fondest memory/moment with the organization?
- My favorite thing each year is coronation. It is always amazing to see other courts and communities come together to provide help to people who need it in our community. My fondest memory is the first time I was able to deliver carloads of toys to The Village of Children and Families from our Misfit Toy events. It made all the hard work worth it.
- 6. Where would you like the organization to go in the future?
- I would like to see us continue to engage with the community in different ways other than in a bar with just a “drag show”. The brunch, the games shows and trivia nights, maybe bingo in different venues.
