Member Spotlight – Lyum Troi

His Most Imperial Sovereign Highness, Imperial Crown Prince for Reign XXV

As The Imperial Sovereign Court of All Connecticut celebrates 25 years of doing good in our state and community, we want to celebrate the folx who make our success possible, our members. Each week we will highlight one of our members and ask them questions about themselves and The ISC of All CT.

Today we highlight Imperial Crown Prince Lyum Troi:

  • 1. When did you join the organization/how long have you been associated?
    • I joined during reign XV with Dustin and Dandy, so around 2015 / 2016
  • 2. How did you hear about the ISC of All CT?
    • I learned about the organization from Dan McCarthy and Rob Brandt. I met them during a different community event, and we all became friends
  • 3. What interested you in joining the organization?
    • After hearing about all the good and fun stuff, I came to an event.
  • 4. Please give 3 to 5 adjectives to describe the ISC of All CT?
    • Fun, Friendly, Fantastic, & Fantastic
  • 5. What is your fondest memory/moment with the organization?
    • I don’t have one fondest memory, but I think all the firsts: seeing a member perform for the first time, seeing a Monarch get crowned for the first time, seeing beneficiaries get a check for the first time…
  • 6. Where would you like the organization to go in the future?
    • I’d love to see us get back to where we were when I started, more family style events, more fun. Not everything needs to be at a bar or in drag.
